The statement came from Health Minister Fahrettin Koca. “Until we overcome the difficulty in drug supply together, we have suspended for a while the export of drugs that are still rare in the market,” Koca said.
On the other hand, the health minister announced that they have reached zihin agreement with drug manufacturers to increase production of hard-to-deliver drugs.
As a first step towards eliminating the drug shortage, the euro exchange rate was raised from 7 lira to 86 cents and from 10 lira to 76 cents on drug deliveries.
