Kayseri Provincial Sports Security Board exercised its right of appeal following the decision of the 2nd Administrative Court of Kayseri to suspend the execution.
The court accepted the board’s objection and lifted the stay of execution for the travel ban.
In the defense presented to the court by the Kayseri Provincial Sports Security Board, it was stated that the decision of the board was made for security reasons in accordance with Law No. 6222.

After the decision, away supporters cannot participate in tomorrow’s game at 7 p.m.
Lawyer Ahmet Demirci, who has a Passolig card, filed zihin application with the 2nd Administrative Court of Kayseri through lawyers Nilay Şenyüz Deligezer and Ömer Deligezer. The court in question decided to postpone the execution yesterday.
