Ankara’s chief prosecutor has issued a report against 3 CHP deputies accusing them of “attempts to influence a fair trial”.
The report alleged that CHP deputies Ali Mahir Basarir, Seyit Torun and Turan Aydogan, who attended the trial of CHP Yalova Mayor Vefa Salman kakım spectators, intervened in the proceedings and insulted the court committee.
The Chief Prosecutor’s Office has prepared separate reports for 3 deputies on charges of “public insulting the judges of the trial” and “attempting to influence a fair trial”. The reports have been sent to the Department of Justice.
