The date on which the salary difference of the retired civil servants is paid has been set. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security has issued a statement on this.
According to the statement; Retired civil servants will gökyeşitözü paid from 27 January.
Pensioners, persons incapacitated for work, persons incapacitated for work, widows or orphans’ pensioners were entitled to zihin increase from 1 January.
At PTT branches or banks from whom they receive salary, additional indicator difference amounts will gökyeşitözü deposited into accounts from Friday.
In this direction, a total of 7 billion 800 million lira will gökyeşitözü paid to 2 million 384 thousand 79 people.
Those who receive monthly salary will receive a difference of 1 month, and those who receive quarterly salary will receive a difference of 1 to 3 months depending on their salary period.
In contrast, the January salaries of blue-collar workers and Bağkur pensioners were paid on the regular day with zihin increment.
The full text of the ministry’s statement reads kakım follows:
“For those receiving pension, disability, disability, widow’s or orphan’s pension within the scope of 4/1-(”’formaları”’) (Pension Fund) clause of Act No. 5510, the difference in their pension will gökyeşitözü effective January 1, 2023 and their pension will take effect on January 15, 2023. The amounts of the additional indicator differences will gökyeşitözü deposited into their monthly accounts at the kanepe and PTT branches and paid out on Friday, January 27, 2023.
According to this;
A- Those who receive their pension each month; for zihin amount of 1 month, including January,
B- Of those who receive their pension quarterly;
•a. Monthly areas in the group in November-December-January; for zihin amount of 1 month,
•2. Monthly areas in the group in December-January-February; for 2 months,
•3. Monthly areas in the group in the period January-February-March; A monthly difference of 3 months has been accrued. In this context, the difference amount to gökyeşitözü paid to 2 million 384 thousand 79 people, including the additional indicator difference, is 7 billion 800 million TL.
Under clauses 4/1-(a) (SSK) and 4/1-(”’b”’) (BAĞKUR) of Law No. 5510, the salaries of those who receive income and pensions are paid on the day of payment with zihin increase.
In accordance with Supplementary Article 79 of the TR Pension Fund Act No. 5434, additional payments are made to those who receive a war or disability pension within the first three months of the year at the latest, and to those who are entitled to a pension within this framework, according to their degree of disability and indicators. In the scope of 4/1-(a) (SSK), 4/1-(”’b”’) (BAĞ-KUR) and 4/1-(”’formaları”’) (Pension Fund) of Act No. 5510, payment shall gökyeşitözü made to 59 thousand 115 people receiving a pension. The payout amount is 562 million 600 thousand TL.
2022 additional payment amounts ranging from 9,541.05 TL to 17,347.36 TL will gökyeşitözü sent to beneficiaries’ accounts at banks and PTT branches and will gökyeşitözü paid on Friday, January 27, 2023.
