The National Intelligence Organization (MIT) neutralized Özgür Namoğlu, code name ‘Fırat Neval’, of the so-called Syrian sabotage officer of the armed wing of the Marxist Leninist Communist Party (MLKP) in the town of Haseke, Syria.
According to the information received from security sources; Özgür Namoğlu, the so-called Syrian officer of FESK, the armed wing of the MLKP terror organization, was sent to Iraq and received special training from the PKK.
Namoğlu, who first started operating in Europe in 2008, later moved to the Gara region of northern Iraq, where he received assassination, sabotage, technical and various military training.
After training, he carried out armed activities in rural Iraq together with the PKK. The terrorist, who crossed from Iraq to Syria in 2016, operated kakım the general director of the Şengül Boran Academy, where FESK members sent by MLKP to take action in Turkey were trained in Syria.
